Though detachable from the hook and loop fastener, the top face fabric is NOT fully removable.

The cordless retraction mechanism makes it easy to open and close with a weighted hem to keep it in place. The product is Oeko-Tex Certified for high-quality manufacturing standards. You can complete your window decor with matching window curtains (sold separately). The top face fabric is velcro-detachable but not fully removable. Detach the top layer to shake off dust and straighten as needed. For wrinkles, gently steam on a LOW setting, and detach the fabric before steaming to avoid touching the liner.
